MeetWork

Someone added MeetWork to your meeting.

Here's exactly what it does and what it doesn't.

It interprets. It listens to the meeting so people who don't share a language can understand each other in real time.

It takes notes. After the meeting, it sends a summary and a list of action items to the person who added it.

It's visible. It appears in the participant list from the moment it joins. It can't be hidden.

Can I ask for it to be removed?+

Yes. Any participant can remove it, or you can just ask the person who added it. There's no penalty and the meeting continues normally.

Who can see the transcript?+

The person who added MeetWork and anyone they share it with. We don't publish it, sell it, or show it to other customers.

Is my voice being used to train AI?+

No. We don't use meetings to train models, ours or anyone else's.

How long is it kept?+

That's set by the organization that added it. You can ask them, or email us at privacy@meetwork.example and we'll help you find out.

How do I get my data deleted?+

Email privacy@meetwork.example with the meeting date and the organizer's name. We'll route it and confirm when it's done.
